LIMITED EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT APPLICATION

This Limited Service Agreement applies to eligible Engine Model Years 2017 – 2019

PACCAR is using Prognostics and predictive analytics to take a proactive approach for maximizing uptime. Vehicle data from Connected trucks is being used to identify the need for service, prior to failure, allowing for planned repairs. As a result, PACCAR is sunsetting the PACCAR MX 7 Year / 700,000 Miles Major Component coverage for your vehicle on 11/15/2024.

We are pleased to offer the option to obtain a Limited Extended Service Agreement for your vehicle at no charge if you apply by 11/15/2024. The Limited Extended Service Agreement will be enhanced with Prognostics to maximize your uptime.
