This new PACCAR engine plant features state-of-the-art CNC tooling in both machining and assembly processes. This provides extremely close tolerances in all operations and results in reliable, long lasting engines with industry leading design life.
Built on 242 Acres of land with 125,000 sq.ft. of laboratory space, this Technical Center offers a facility to test engine and vehicle integration, 24/7. A high speed test track as well as a durability test track allows PACCAR to thoroughly evaluate components and systems.
PACCAR engines have undergone over 300,000 hours of lab testing and 50 million miles of real-world work has been accumulated with these engines in North America. PACCAR engines have been tested in all types of applications, climate conditions, and operations.
PACCAR also manufactures engines in high capacity, modern facility in Eindhoven, Netherlands and operates test tracks in Europe and the United States.
